Naysayer paragraph:
At this point in the argument, it is important to recognize the other side. Is the concept that the arts must and can be completely integrated into the sciences, realistic in today’s world? Just because only the only ideas discussed so far is the benefits of having the two disciplines intertwined, it does not mean there are negatives, or problems with the fields being combined. Often times, some would argue that adding someone in an art discipline into a science based discussion would not work. They don’t know all the facts, and some would even say, have no business being in the conversation in the first place. That argument may be valid in saying that the arts does not know all the facts for a scientific discussion, however the arts can offer a unique perspective and understanding of otherwise difficult concepts. The arts are in fact necessary for comprehension when it comes to those difficult topics, in making the discussion easier to have and digest.
